Improve Outcomes

By collaborating with pediatricians, researchers and childhood experts, we deliver timely, evidence-based content to families that has been shown to improve confidence, competence, and connections.

Expand Your Reach

Lantern reaches over half a million families nationwide, offering an equitable way to connect with them. Since most adults own a mobile phone, text messaging is accessible and effective for delivering critical information to parents and caregivers, regardless of their economic background.

Share Vital Resources

Directly reach families to enhance their knowledge of local resources and events. We help you send targeted, timely messages straight to families, empowering them with the information they need to thrive.

Bright Moments

Lantern supports our public awareness and community outreach strategies. Remember, we understand that kids don’t come with instructions. That’s why Lantern sends the info caregivers need most for raising little ones, from pregnancy through age 8.
We use Lantern to directly reach families in Greater New Bedford with localized, critical information related to housing and food insecurity, as well as resources like parenting classes, outdoor activities and preschool open enrollment periods.
Lantern is different - it isn't an overwhelming amount of information - it is short messages right when you need them most. We have signed up over 1,000 families and very few of them stop the service.
Lantern works with the Texas TV stations to make sure that we get the data we need to better understand this tool, how it’s being used and how it can help families.
