-
56% increase in awareness of local resources from a Lantern community message
- 97% of respondents are likely to recommend the program to a friend or family member
Stronger Outcomes for Under-Resourced Families
Based on disaggregating Lantern outcomes by subscriber demographics, we’ve found:

Hispanic and Black subscribers reported statistically significant stronger outcomes in terms of behavior engagement, connections, and confidence compared with white subscribers.

Lower-income subscribers (households earning less than $50K per year) also reported statistically significant stronger outcomes.

Net promoter score—a common customer satisfaction metric that asks “Considering your total experience with Lantern, how likely are you to recommend Lantern to a friend?”—was highest among Black, Hispanic and Native American subscribers.
